ReportPageLayoutNode

Alpha API. Initial API, highly likely to change outside SemVer. Don’t build on it in production.

Node of a report page layout: a recursive row/column split tree (flexbox semantics) over a fixed page. Leaves assign their area to slots; the tree carries geometry and box paint, slot content lives in IReportPageBody.slots.
