Get a map of attribute filter modes based on the current screen mode (edit or view).

selectEffectiveAttributeFiltersModeMap: DashboardSelector<Map<string, DashboardAttributeFilterConfigMode>>

Remarks

The mode will always be active in edit mode; otherwise, the mode is taken from the dashboard attribute filter.
