Alpha API. Initial API, highly likely to change outside SemVer. Don’t build on it in production.

Returns effective date filter config. The effective date filter config is created by merging the workspace-level date filter config and the dashboard-level date filter config.

This is the configuration that the DateFilter SHOULD use when rendering filtering presets.
