isComputedAttributeRef()
Type guard checking whether the object is an Identifier Reference pointing at a computed attribute.
export declare function isComputedAttributeRef(obj: unknown): boolean;
Parameters
Parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
obj | unknown | object to test |
Returns
boolean
Remarks
A computed attribute has no labels on the backend; exactly one display form is fabricated for it client-side and that display form’s ref IS the computed attribute’s own ref, carrying the computedAttribute object type. So a ref typed this way is the signal that an attribute-shaped reference actually points at a computed attribute - whether it sits on a bucket item, a filter or anywhere else a display form ref is expected.
