Alpha API. Initial API, highly likely to change outside SemVer. Don’t build on it in production.
Creates the IDrillToAttributeUrl command. Dispatching this command will result into resolving the target attribute url and dispatching IDashboardDrillToAttributeUrlResolved event that will contain it.
