Get a map of date filter modes based on the current screen mode (edit or view).

selectEffectiveDateFiltersModeMap: DashboardSelector<Map<string, DashboardDateFilterConfigMode>>

Remarks

The mode will always be active in edit mode; otherwise, the mode is taken from the dashboard date filter.
