# v1.StringParameterConstraints

Optional restrictions the parameter value must satisfy. Length bounds and 'allowedValues' are mutually exclusive.

## Property details

### v1.StringParameterConstraints.allowedValues

When present, the parameter value must equal one of the listed values.

**Signature:**

```typescript
allowedValues?: [ParameterAllowedValue, ...ParameterAllowedValue[]];
```

### v1.StringParameterConstraints.maxLength

The longest accepted value length, inclusive.

**Signature:**

```typescript
maxLength?: number;
```

### v1.StringParameterConstraints.minLength

The shortest accepted value length, inclusive.

**Signature:**

```typescript
minLength?: number;
```
