Value of IDashboardTimezoneConfig.timezoneId representing that the effective timezone should be detected from the viewer’s browser at load time. It is not a valid IANA identifier, so it cannot collide with a real timezone.

This sentinel is only allowed in the dashboard content (DashboardTimezoneId). Values sent to executions or exports must always be concrete IANA IDs — resolve the sentinel first via resolveTimezoneId().
