# catalogComputedAttributeAsCatalogAttribute()

Adapts a catalog computed attribute to a catalog attribute so it can enter attribute-shaped resolution maps and listings.

**Signature:**

## Remarks

Refs stay honest (typed `computedAttribute`); only the catalog item and metadata object `type` discriminators are rewritten.
