### IFiscalYear.monthOffset

Month offset from January (0 = January, 1 = February, ..., -1 = December of previous year, etc.)

**Signature:**

Prefix for fiscal month/period labels (e.g. "P")

**Signature:**

```

### IFiscalYear.quarterPrefix

Prefix for fiscal quarter labels (e.g. "Q")
