isChronologicalGranularity()
Alpha API. Initial API, highly likely to change outside SemVer. Don’t build on it in production. See API maturity.
isChronologicalGranularity: (g: string | undefined) => boolean
Parameters
Parameter | Type | Description |
|---|---|---|
g | string | undefined |
Returns
boolean
Remarks
Unknown or undefined input returns false — this is NOT the negation of isGenericGranularity(), which also returns false for unknown input. Callers that want to default unknown granularities to chronological must handle that themselves.
