Reference to an existing color palette object, in the same shape the active color palette setting uses.

**Signature:**

## Remarks

The `type` states the scope: `colorPalette` names one of the organization's palettes, `workspaceColorPalette` one a workspace holds - its own, or one it inherits from a parent. Either can be referenced.
