# newMeasureValueFilter()

Creates a new measure value filter.

**Signature:**

export declare function newMeasureValueFilter(measureOrRef: IMeasure | ObjRefInScope | LocalIdRef | string, operator: RangeConditionOperator, from: number, to: number, treatNullValuesAs?: number): IMeasureValueFilter;
```
