resolveTimezoneId()
Alpha API. Initial API, highly likely to change outside SemVer. Don’t build on it in production. See API maturity.
Resolves a dashboard timezone value to a concrete IANA timezone ID: the BROWSER_DETECTED sentinel resolves to the browser/runtime timezone, any other value is returned as-is.
This is the only supported way to turn IDashboardTimezoneConfig.timezoneId into a value usable in executions or exports — the sentinel must never leave the client unresolved.
