The alerting dialog's recipients region, connected to the dialog's state.

Renders [DefaultAlertingDialogRecipients()](https://www.gooddata.ai/docs/gooddata-ui/latest/api-reference/sdk-ui-dashboard/sdk-ui-dashboard.defaultalertingdialogrecipients/index.md) with the props of [useAlertingDialogRecipientsProps()](https://www.gooddata.ai/docs/gooddata-ui/latest/api-reference/sdk-ui-dashboard/sdk-ui-dashboard.usealertingdialogrecipientsprops/index.md); every prop passed here replaces the hook's value for that prop wholesale, e.g. `<AlertingDialogRecipients maxRecipients={3} />`. Renders nothing while `useAlertingDialogContext().isLoading` is true.
