enableRichTextWidgetDateFilter()

Creates the ChangeRichTextWidgetFilterSettings command for IFilterOpEnableDateFilter operation.
Dispatching this command will result in change of RichText widget’s date filter setting. The date filtering will be enabled and the provided date data set will be used for date-filtering widget’s RichText.
