IDashboardDrillToDashboardResolved

This event is emitted as a result of the IDrillToDashboard command. It contains the drill intersection filters that can be applied to the target dashboard.
There is a factory function to create default event handler for drill to same dashboard - see newDrillToSameDashboardHandler().
