Sub-context for the scheduled-email management dialog. The connector hydrates this from dashboard state.

Values already available on AutomationsContext (locale, currentUser, timezone, isWhiteLabeled, isExecutionTimestampMode, externalRecipient, features.\*) are NOT duplicated here — consumers read those from useAutomationsContext().
