Reads the scheduled-email management dialog context.

A replacement for the scheduled-email management dialog renders inside this context and reads the dashboard it's rendered on, the automations limit (`maxAutomations`, `unlimitedAutomations`), the scheduled exports to list (`automations`), and whether they are still loading (`isLoading`) from here.

Some members exist to wire internal machinery (`automationsInvalidationId`) and are not intended as a customization surface.
