Handles simple selection of at most one item.

### ISingleSelectionHandler.onSelectionChanged

Registers a callback that will be fired when the selection changes. Returns unsubscribe function, that will unregister it, once called.

Multiple callbacks can be registered by this function.

**Signature:**

```

Change the selection.
