create_or_update_user_group
create_or_update_user_group(user_group: CatalogUserGroup) -> UpsertOutcome
Create a new user group or overwrite an existing user group.
Parameters

Returns

|---|---|
| UpsertOutcome | CREATED if the user group did not exist yet, UPDATED if it did. |
