## Architecture

GoodData uses an API-first, composable architecture. All platform objects — metrics, data models, dashboards, access policies — are expressed as code and manageable via CI/CD pipelines. The semantic layer enforces consistent business logic regardless of the consumption layer (UI, API, or agent).

The AI Lake provides granular multi-tenant isolation via FlexMart, with support for real-time and batch processing on a modern open lakehouse stack (DuckDB, Iceberg, Arrow). FlexConnect enables custom self-service data source integrations.
